Ink And Reason

I wrote this one a long time ago, after losing some dear ones.

When you’ll put me in the ground,
Don’t think I leave this world
For I will always be around,
In every flower and bird.

My spirit will not fade away,
But join the cosmic dance
And in your heart, I’ll always stay,
Until we meet again.

Don’t mourn for me, but celebrate,
The life that we have shared
Remember all the joy and grace,
The love that we have bared.

I’m not gone, I’m just transformed,
Into a different form,
And in the sky, I’ll be reborn,
As stars that shine so warm.
