Your Warmth

Like a cat, I'd find my space
In the quiet drawer's embrace
Tears would unfurl, in the dark, I'd swirl
Till the sound of your laughter unfurled

Your laughter, twirls, it spins me around
Lifting me from the ground
In the echo of your joy, I'm found
Your laughter, it twirls, profound

I'd drink the wine, so deep and fine
To feel the warmth of your clime
A tender kiss, on your shoulder, I'd miss
No, not the shoulder, but the bliss

In the depths of the drawer, I hide away
But your laughter beckons me to stay
In the warmth of your light, I sway
No, not the shoulder, but the heart's array

Your laughter, twirls, it's my guiding light
Through the silence of the night
It's the comfort in my plight
Your laughter, twirls, so bright

Like a cat, I'd curl, in your world I twirl
In the drawer's depth, our stories unfurl
To the rhythm of your laughter, we're hurled
No, not the shoulder, but the love we've pearled.
