Unbound

In the vast sea of thoughts, I wander free,
A mind unshackled, forging paths unseen.
No dogma binds my spirit's flight, you see,
For I am sovereign in this realm serene.

The gods, mere echoes of our mortal fears,
Their temples built on trembling, whispered dread,
Their holy books, like fragile crystal tears,
Contain the tales of lives by fear misled.

Yet here am I, unyielding, unafraid,
My heart a sanctuary, my truth my creed.
No sacred text can bind the choices made,
For freedom blooms where doubt and courage feed.

So let them preach, those prophets of constraint,
Their rules and rituals, woven thread by thread.
I'll dance outside their lines, unrepentant,
For freedom's beauty lies in paths unspread.
